Heralds of Autumn's Arrival

Crescent Moon

It's getting close to autumn! But, in anticipation of the Harvest Moon (a.k.a. Hunter's Moon), I thought I'd just remind everyone how cool an autumnal moon looks and of one of the many reasons that fall is my favorite time of year. This year, I'm hoping to make my way to the Feast of the Hunters' Moon, which is a weekend of historical reenactment of a fall gathering between native and French fur traders in Fort Ouiatenon, an outpost near what is now West Lafayette.
